Transformer Corrugated Bellows
Product Introduction
[Ziyang] · [Shenyang, China]
Transformer corrugated bellows are a critical sealing and volume-compensation component for oil-immersed power and distribution transformers. As the insulating oil expands and contracts with temperature fluctuations, the bellows flex to accommodate the volume change while maintaining a hermetically sealed environment. This prevents moisture ingress and oil oxidation, directly extending the service life of the transformer.
Designed as a reliable “breathing” mechanism, our bellows safeguard transformer tanks from internal pressure build-up and external contaminants, making them an ideal replacement for traditional oil conservators in modern transformer designs.
