The ODFS-334000/500 power transformer, designed and manufactured by our company, is a typical product of State Grid Corporation of China. It features a rational structure, reliable insulation, low losses, low partial discharge, low temperature rise, low noise, strong short-circuit withstand capability, strong lightning impulse withstand capability, and zero oil leakage.

Successfully developed in 2012, all technical performance indicators of this product exceed national standard requirements. Key indicators such as no-load loss, load loss, and partial discharge have reached internationally leading levels. Notably, the partial discharge level is consistently below 30 pC. The product has successfully passed the low partial discharge transformer technical appraisal conducted by the China Electricity Council (CEC), marking that our company’s 500 kV transformers have reached internationally leading standards.

To date, nearly 100 units of this model have been produced and are operating safely in State Grid projects across Shandong, Henan, Jiangxi, Jiangsu, Fujian, Zhejiang, and Inner Mongolia Power Grid. Similar products have also been exported to countries such as Uzbekistan, Uganda, Indonesia, Iran, and others, receiving unanimous praise from customers. While enhancing the company’s core competitiveness, this product has also laid a solid foundation for the company’s future expansion into domestic and international ultra-high voltage (UHV) and extra-high voltage (EHV) transformer markets.
